HubStack NYC Pop Up Registration Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 2 2026
Please read these Registration Terms and Conditions before registering for or attending the HubStack NYC Pop Up. By submitting a registration, checking the acceptance box, or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or attend the Event.
Event Parties. The Event is organized by Giant Spoon, LLC on behalf of HubSpot and in collaboration with Catbird. In these Terms, Giant Spoon, HubSpot, Catbird, the venue, and their respective affiliates, personnel, contractors, and event service providers are collectively the Event Parties.
1 The Event
These Terms apply to the HubStack NYC Pop Up currently scheduled for December 9 through 11, 2026 in New York City, together with related registration, communications, and onsite activities.
Registration is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, duplicated, or used by another person unless the event team approves the transfer in writing.
2 Registration and Admission
Submitting a registration does not guarantee confirmation, admission, a particular entry time, participation in an activity, or receipt of any item. Attendance and activities are subject to confirmation, capacity, availability, identity verification, venue rules, and these Terms.
The event team may accept or reject a registration, place a registrant on a waitlist, change an entry time, or revoke admission when reasonably necessary for capacity, safety, security, legal compliance, or event operations. You may be asked to show your confirmation, reservation QR code, and a valid government issued photo ID.
3 Age and Alcohol
You must satisfy any age requirements stated on the registration page. Alcohol may be served only to attendees who are at least 21 years old and present valid government issued photo identification. The Event Parties may refuse alcohol service or entry to any person who cannot verify age, appears intoxicated, or creates a safety concern.
If you consume alcohol, you are responsible for doing so responsibly and arranging safe transportation.
4 Event Conduct and Safety
You must follow applicable law, venue requirements, posted instructions, and reasonable directions from event staff. You may not harass others, engage in threatening or disruptive behavior, bring prohibited items, damage property, interfere with event operations, or engage in unauthorized commercial activity or solicitation.
The event team may deny entry or remove anyone whose conduct violates these Terms or may threaten the safety, rights, or experience of others. Removal or denied entry does not entitle the registrant to compensation.
5 Event Activities and Items
Event activities and any jewelry, gifts, samples, or other items are subject to availability and may be limited, substituted, modified, or discontinued. Unless otherwise stated in writing, complimentary items have no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, and are limited to one per eligible attendee.
You must follow all instructions provided for an activity. Tell event personnel before participating if you have an allergy, sensitivity, medical condition, or other concern that may affect safe participation. You may decline any activity.
6 Event Changes and Cancellation
The Event Parties may change the dates, hours, venue, program, activities, capacity, entry procedures, or other Event details, or postpone or cancel the Event, when reasonably necessary. Updates may be provided on the registration site, by email or text, or through other reasonable means.
You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, transportation, and other expenses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Parties are not responsible for those expenses if the Event is changed, postponed, or canceled.
7 Registration Information and Event Communications
When you register, Giant Spoon and its event service providers may collect and use information such as your name, email address, job title, phone number, registration status, attendance information, and communications preferences to administer the Event, verify admission, manage capacity, provide support, send confirmations and reminders, issue a reservation QR code, communicate schedule or safety updates, and analyze Event operations.
If you provide a mobile number, Giant Spoon and its event service providers may send you non marketing text messages relating to your registration and the Event, including confirmation, QR code, schedule, entry, accessibility, safety, and cancellation information. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Stopping texts may limit the ability to receive time sensitive Event updates, but does not cancel your registration.
8 Data Sharing and Marketing
By registering, you authorize Giant Spoon to share your registration information, including your name, email address, job title, phone number, registration status, and attendance information, with HubSpot and Catbird. HubSpot and Catbird may use that information to administer and evaluate the Event and to contact you about relevant content, products, services, and future events in accordance with applicable law and their respective privacy policies and your communication preferences.
After Giant Spoon transfers your information, HubSpot and Catbird may each process it for their own purposes under their respective privacy policies. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message and may exercise available privacy rights using the methods described in the applicable privacy policy. This registration permission does not authorize marketing text messages or automated or prerecorded marketing calls where separate consent is required.
9 Optional Marketing Text Messages
Marketing text messages are optional and are not a condition of registration, attendance, purchase, or receipt of any Event item. You will receive marketing texts only if you separately select an unchecked SMS marketing consent box that identifies the actual sender. Any marketing texts will be governed by the disclosure, messaging terms, and privacy policy presented with that optional consent. You may revoke consent as described in those materials or by replying STOP.
HubSpot will not be treated as a sender of marketing texts, and marketing texts will not be branded as or represented to be sent by or on behalf of HubSpot, unless HubSpot is expressly identified as the actual sender in a separate consent approved for that purpose.
10 Photography and Recordings
The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded. By attending, you grant the Event Parties permission to capture and use your name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and appearance in Event related photographs, audio, and video for editorial, archival, internal, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional approval or compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Event Parties will not use your likeness to state or imply a personal endorsement of a product without separate permission.
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, notify event staff when you arrive and follow the reasonable procedures provided. The Event Parties will use reasonable efforts to honor the request but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental crowd or background footage.
11 Personal Property and Assumption of Risk
You are responsible for your personal property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Parties are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by an Event Party's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
In person events involve ordinary risks, including crowds, travel, food or beverage reactions, communicable illness, and participation in optional activities. By attending, you knowingly accept those ordinary risks and agree to follow safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
12 Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
The Event and all related activities and items are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Parties disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no Event Party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to registration for or attendance at the Event. These limitations do not apply to liability arising from an Event Party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13 Privacy Policies and Other Terms
Please review the Giant Spoon Privacy Policy, HubSpot Privacy Policy, and Catbird Privacy Policy. Catbird's website and services may also be subject to the Catbird Terms and Conditions. If a separate privacy notice, activity release, venue rule, or service specific term is presented to you, it applies to that feature or activity in addition to these Terms.
14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim that is not subject to a legally required alternative forum must be brought in a state or federal court located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15 Changes and Severability
The Event Parties may update these Terms before the Event. The version posted on the registration site when you submit your registration will govern your registration, except that later changes may apply when required by law or reasonably necessary for safety or Event operations. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16 Contact
Questions about registration, accessibility, or the Event should be sent to the event contact listed on the registration page or in your confirmation email. Privacy requests should be directed to the organization that controls the information using the contact method in its privacy policy.
